Enron Trial Verdicts

Regardless of what Fox New's Neil Cavuto (is this “business guy” EVER right?) said, Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling were found guilty today of fraud and conspiracy. However, oddly they weren't taken away to jail, but released on bond until their hearing which is set for September 11th (WTF). I guess it doesn’t matter as they probably wont go to a real prison and will be pardoned by Bush in 2008.
